"Let me introduce you to the pastor."

Pastor Jack Steenbergh is our Senior Pastor at Bayview. He loves
to go by the name "Pastor Jack" as he meets with people in public places or greets them at the door of the church.
He has been at Bayview for over 10 years and is ordained in the Wesleyan Church. He enjoys helping people grow in their
relationships with God and other people through Biblical teaching, preaching, and counseling. He and his wife Elaine
have been married for 36 years and have 4 children and 9 grandchildren. Elaine is a woman who has a heart to encourage
people and her ministry passion is "intercessory prayer." She also serves as the prayer ministry director
at Bayview.

Pastor Cameron Dockery is the Assistant Pastor
of Contemporary Worship here at Bayview. He and his wife Lisa came to Traverse City from Soldotna, Alaska
to plant a Fresh Wind here on the Bayview campus. The goal of Fresh Wind is to reach out to a
younger congregation. Cameron is an ordained minister in the Wesleyan Church and has been at Bayview since 2007.

That cheerful hello that you hear over the phone when you call our church belongs to our Office Administrative Assistant,
Avis Ward. She and her husband Jack are an integral part of our Bayview family. With a smile
and a word of encouragement she handles much of the day to day workings of the church. She helps to insure
that the ministry here at Bayview can run smoothly and efficiently.

Pastor Gary Bird is the Assistant Pastor at Bayview. His main position in the church is serving
as the Youth Pastor, although he is also involved in both the areas of worship leading and assistant to Pastor Jack.
Gary is an ordained minister in the Wesleyan Church and has been at Bayview since 2003, when he graduated from Indiana Wesleyan
University. His passion is to share the truth of God's love into the lives of young and old alike in fresh and new
ways, so that everyone can be amazed by God's awesome love for them.

Pastor Louise Holder is in charge of Children's
Ministry and Women of Purpose here at Bayview. Louise is a retired teacher who went on to be ordained by the Wesleyan
Church. Her and her husband Carl are natives of Traverse City, where she has a passion to help the people
here in the Traverse City community come to know God and his love for them.
